Jeffery C. Chantry, DDS

Dr. Jeffery Chantry opened our practice in 1994 as an office where the whole family could receive top-quality dentistry in a friendly and caring environment. He also wanted to provide his patients with leading- edge, start-to-finish solutions for all their dental needs. He has trained extensively in a comprehensive array of advanced procedures so he can effectively handle most any dental concern in the comfort of our office.

He provides expert restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including the replacement of missing teeth with dental implants. He also provides minimally invasive laser gum disease treatment and cosmetic gum treatment. He is certified in both cutting-edge orthodontics using braces, and Invisalign® teeth straightening using clear aligners. Dr. Chantry can use any combination of these and other procedures to restore your smile to full health, function and beauty.

Education

Dr. Chantry received his Bachelor of Science degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. He then continued onto formal dental training at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Since earning his dental degree, he has maintained a rigorous schedule of continuing education to remain up-to-date and master new technologies and procedures so they can be implemented in the practice. In this way, Dr. Chantry is able to provide truly comprehensive care at the highest standards.

Advanced training certifications

Dr. Chantry has earned certificates in orthodontics and orthopedics from the United States Dental Institute. He is also certified in Invisalign® clear teeth straightening. He has been fully trained in the use of advanced dental lasers for gum disease treatment and cosmetic gum treatment, and is one of the few dentists in the United States certified to deliver the minimally invasive Chao Pinhole® Surgical Technique for gum recession.

He has also trained extensively in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry procedures, and is highly proficient in the use of CAD/CAM technology for same-day, in-office fabrication and placement of dental restorations. For dental implant treatment, Dr. Chantry has completed a mini-residency with a top-flight implant surgeon and has taken numerous other continuing education courses in implantology in order to keep current with the latest techniques.

Honors and Awards

Dr. Chantry has been recognized for his excellent quality of care from the time he first started in practice. He received his first award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists for his skills as an implant dentist immediately after graduating dental school.

Since becoming established, Dr. Chantry has received a “Top Rated Doctor and Dentist” award as one of the BEST in American Medicine, as selected by Doctors in the Community. He has also appeared in the Guide to America’s Top Dentists, a publication of the Consumers’ Research Council of America.

Charitable Activities

Dr. Chantry believes in giving back to the community, and conducts an annual charity dentistry day during which complimentary dental services are provided to those in need. He also conducts an annual “Stand Down” day in our Yuba City office, which benefits veterans. For our patients, our annual “Patient Appreciation Day” includes a raffle to win fun prizes.
